Service Description

As we work through both short and long-term engagements, it is critical that we remain stubborn about the goal and flexibility in our methods. With a focus on a common goal, we will manage the scope of each engagement based on the defined needs and allow for indirect strategies to maximize areas of strength, minimize areas of opportunity, and build capacity for elevated human performance. These strategies may include but are not limited to: identifying a development partner, obtaining formal 360 Feedback, outlining stretch opportunities, and/or completing applicable assessments as necessary. Each client will conduct a monthly coaching review to measure progress toward their measurable outcome.
